At Thrift Terra, we take pride in offering carefully curated sustainable fashion pieces. Since many of our items are secondhand and one-of-a-kind, we maintain a fair and focused return and refund policy to uphold both customer satisfaction and our commitment to sustainability.
Returns
We only accept returns if the item you received is defective, damaged, stained, or has other flaws not described in the listing. Items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos as proof.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our items, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, stained, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@thriftterra.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@thriftterra.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide return instructions, including the shipping address. Once we receive the item and approve the return, we will process your refund.
