Where We Ship
Thrift Terra currently ships to:

• United States (all 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses)

• Australia

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• United States: Rates are based on package weight and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available when you purchase 2 or more items in the same order (before tax and after discounts).

• Australia: Rates are based on package weight and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location, but generally take 7–21 business days.

Carriers Used
We ship via USPS for all orders. For Australia, USPS hands off to Australia Post once the package arrives in the country.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Customs & Duties (Australia Only)
Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Thrift Terra is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you experience an issue, please contact your shipping carrier with your tracking number.
